Kiddo needs someone here in the morning to make sure he is awake at 7:00 a.m. and to make sure he is ready for school. His bus picks him up between 7:30 and 7:40 a.m. and we leave for work at 4:30 a.m. so would need sitter to be here by that time at the latest. Mondays he normally has another sitter but sometimes we need an alternate when she is unavailable and for 1-2 days when we have mandatory overtime which changes on a rotation. He eats breakfast at school so does not require anything except maybe a boost before the bus.
