A client with mild dash moderate intellectual disabilities. No behavioral issues but requires somebody to be patient and able to explain tasks in a simple manner. Would be asked to teach the client some basic ADL's such as how to do laundry or chores in their own home. Also take the client out into the community for entertainment.
