My husband and I have hybrid work schedules so we are at home on occasion. My mom will also be helping care for our daughter up to 2 days a week which is why we are seeking part time support. We are flexible on which days of the week our nanny works with us. We also may on occasion look to extend timing to watch our daughter for babysitting on nights out, with friends, etc.
