Nanny Needed For 1 Child .

We are looking for a great nanny for a 5-month-old boy . The position is for 3-4 days a week for 6 months with possible extension. We would like someone who could help out with light, baby-related housekeeping, and a nanny who does not smoke and is CPR certified. We are not doing any screen time with the baby right now, so we want someone who is comfortable with structuring non-screen related activities, and - this may be a deal breaker for some Nannies - someone who is committed to not using their phone for texting and scrolling around the baby. We have been following sleep scheduling, letting baby self-soothe and putting himself to sleep in his crib, and not immediately rushing to pick him up if he is crying, and we want someone to continue all of this.
