Occasional Sitter For 8 Month Old

Hi. I'm looking for a long-term occasional sitter for my 8-month-old baby girl, Mila. Looking for someone with flexibility to watch her occasionally on evenings for about 1-4 hours or on the rare occasion during the day where I have errands that she can't come with to. I am ok with either dropping her off or you watching her in my home. I want just one person that she can get comfortable with & close to over time so she will feel safe & secure. Enriching her with new experiences, play, etc. is important & I definitely value some one who is not going to play on their phone whole time! Mila loves the water and takes weekly swim classes. She also loves her dog, Cali who's an American Bully and a complete sweetheart. Mila is the happiest baby & brings joy to everyone around her :-)
