We'd like a communicative and reliable nanny to come to the house to watch our baby while I work from home. Our baby is still very young but loves tummy time, arms-only crawling, jumping in a jumper, and standing on laps. He needs someone to bottle-feed him, change his diapers, guide him through developmentally appropriate playtime, and settle him down for several naps in his own crib each day. Ideally we'd like someone who has worked with babies 6-12 mo old. It's a bonus if you know infant CPR and first aid. But it's more important that our caregiver is willing to learn. Parking is available in our driveway. We have a golden retriever and a cat - both are very friendly and social. Our golden retriever may occasionally bark in excitement when people are at the door, and will bring you shoes as a "present" upon entry
