After School Caregiver For 2 Kids (ages 6 And 4) Needed

I am a mom of two young kids, a 6-year-old mild ASD boy in 1st grade, and a spunky, opinionated typically developing 4-year-old girl. My son struggles with rigidity, emotions, and attention span. We previously had an au pair, whose term with us finished, and are actively looking for an after school caregiver who can fulfill a similar role for both kids. We want someone reliable, responsible, playful, and warm who can help nurture our kids when mom is busy. The caregiver would help the kids complete their homework assignments (usually only 20-30 minutes per child), engage in active play with the children, take them to nearby after school activities, encourage eating at mealtimes, and help with after dinner clean up. We would also want help putting a child to bed each night (bath, book, PJs, etc.).
