We have 3 kids, the oldest of which is homeschooled. Our middle kiddo goes to preschool two days a week, and the youngest will be a year old in December. Our days are pretty flexible and very loosely structured around the baby and his naps. Mom works 12hr shifts, 2-3 days a week, and Dad's schedule is usually structured around that, typically 8-9 hour days. We'd be looking to have someone here on days that we overlap, to cover when my husband needs to be at work. Ideally, our oldest would get a couple of hours of school done, and the two younger ones would do crafts and play.
