Weekdays From 12-7pm Caregiver Needed

Hi! I have three kids. One girl (9 years old, in third grade); and two boys (7 and almost 5 years old, first grade and full-day pre-k). They are very funny and very energetic. They are super sweet, they push boundaries, they need clear rules and expectations. 1. First and foremost, I am searching for a caregiver who is kind but firm. Someone who can hold boundaries and enforce consequences, but always from a place of love, and not from anger. Someone who is calm and genuinely enjoys young children, who understands their challenges. 2. I have a demanding job with hours deadlines dictated by court orders, so it is essential that my caregiver be reliable. My husband typically travels during the week, so I need the following house-related tasks to be taken care of: kids' laundry; cleaning up after breakfast and dinner; preparation of dinner for the kids, including picking up necessary dinner groceries; other periodic tasks as time allows such as organizing pantry and sorting kids' clothes. Our caregiver will leave from our house to pick the kids up from school around 2 p.m. I envision household tasks getting done predominately in the two hours prior to pickup, from noon to 2. 3. Homework. My first grader has a small amount of homework (~ 5 minutes/night) that he can do independently. My third grader has more homework, particularly simple math, with which she generally needs help. She will mostly need help staying on task, because she usually gets a fair amount of homework. 4. The kids will also need to be driven to sports practices a couple times a week. Charlotte takes ice skating lessons at a rink 2 minutes from our house, and the boys wrestle about 10 minutes from our house. 5. Will also need occasional help with pharmacy and dry cleaner runs, small errands as time allows. I will usually get home before 7 p.m. and take over with the kids to free up hands for other tasks. This will not always be possible, but it will always be my goal. Thanks!
