We need a caregiver to start in the early afternoon and work until 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 5 p.m. on Fridays. We would also need the person about two mornings per week just to get the kids ready and off to school, and then you are free until the afternoon. This would be from 7:30am-8:30 a.m. It probably ends up being a 30 hour week, but we are still paying a full time salary. The work in the afternoon involves watching the kids when they get home, maybe giving them a snack, and driving them to and from their activities. We ask for light housekeeping in terms of helping the kids with meals and snacks and straightening up the kitchen and the kids' laundry. Reliability is important.
