This will be at night, the kids will be put to bed around the time the sitter/nanny gets there and then the sitter just needs to relax and watch tv or read until we come home about 12:15 or so. No extra care, they wont need to be fed or anything like that, at most they may wake before we are back and would need to be settled back to sleep.
