Back Up Nanny Needed

Hello, I hope that this posting finds you well! We are looking for someone with a lot of flexibility as a back up nanny for our 21-month-old son, Phoenix. This would only be in the case of sick calls, vacation coverage, or extra nights needed. Pay is $20/hr. I am looking for someone who can assist with light housekeeping, and meal prep. It is ideal that this person is educated on developmental milestones and age appropriate activities, and has experience working with toddlers. A car is preferred, but we are open to discussion.
