Need Help On Highland/Wallkill Border 28hrs/week For Disabled 38F

I am disabled and recovering from brain stem compression. This has given me autistic like symptoms and I am very sensitive to all stimulus (noise, smell, etc) which means I need a reliable aid for a consistent routine. I have found childcare workers understand me better than elderly since I don't fit into either category. We work off of templates for meal prepping, grocery shopping and daily duties like laundry and helping me organize my routine and home. I can be flexible with days and hours. I have my own car for you to run errands/take me to apts. Must have a reliable car to get here each day. Please apply if you are detail and solution oriented and don't make neurotypical assumptions.
