Nanny Needed For My Children

I have a son who is about a year old. Im a single mother looking for a permanent babysitter/nanny to watch my son specific days so I am able to go to work. Looking for someone who is experienced with younger children. Someone who can help teach my son basic learning skills as hes getting into toddler stages while they babysit. My sons day to day activities can differ depending on weather, with it getting warmer out he likes to go on walks. Also with him getting old Im starting to take him to playgrounds and parks.
