We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Guilderland Center. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. Our daughter is nonverbal, autistic child who lives in her own little world. She just needs special attention while I work from home.
