L. wakes up between 7-8 a.m. He eats breakfast, usually plays with his toys at home. Maybe then goes to the park or to play sports(he loves tennis, soccer, basketball etc.) Lunch-Then nap between 12:30-1. He usually naps for 3 hours or so. More of the same after nap. He is very active and keeps you on your toes. Dinner around 6-6:30. Takes a shower before bed, then he will be off to bed between 8-8:30. Loves reading books before bed, has a great bedtime routine.
