Private Waldorf Instructor For Small Pod Of 3-4 Year-Olds

We are seeking a nurturing and experienced Waldorf-inspired instructor to join our private home-based learning pod for 3-4-year-olds beginning September 2024. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Waldorf or Montessori education and a passion for fostering creativity, curiosity, and social-emotional development in young children. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a Waldorf-inspired curriculum that aligns with the developmental needs of 3-year-olds. Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that supports each childs social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Plan and organize daily activities, including circle time, artistic activities, outdoor play, and storytelling. Encourage independence, self-expression, and creativity through hands-on experiences and play-based learning.
