Seeking 3rd Teammate To Assist Professional And Loving Parent Unit

Safety for our children is of utmost importance. We are hardworking and dedicated professionals who need reliable childcare to allow us to be most present at our respective jobs as well as when home with our children. We are friendly, personable, but no-nonsense. We would love to have a childcare provider who works well as a 3rd teammate to our dynamic and would hopefully one day be seen as another member to our family. Our children are incredibly loving, energetic, social, and extremely intelligent. They are easygoing but will never do well with a "sit-on-couch" babysitter. They are great listeners but do thrive best in an active environment. They love being outdoors, participating in crafts, dancing to music, and being present for interpersonal engagements with peers (such as playdates, birthday parties, etc). Keep 'em busy! This question seems a bit redundant, but as stated, be reliable, caring, and attentive. Recognize that as much as we are entrusting to you the safety and well-being of our children, we do not take this endeavor lightly. We are in a private suburban neighborhood with ample parking. No pets. Not even a fish.
