We're looking for a newborn care specialist with experience in feeding (breast milk, formula, or bringing baby to the parent), diaper changes (and record-keeping), bathtime, and bedtime routines. The NCS should also provide guidance to parents on newborn care. Please answer the following: 1 What training, certifications, and experience do you have? 2 How many families have you worked with? 3 Can you provide references? 4 Are you CPR certified and up to date on immunizations?
