I am a nurse who will be working 12 hour shifts, while my husband works 16 hour shifts. We will need someone to watch the kids after he leaves for work at 6 am, and I arrive home around 7:30 am, and some evenings from 6 p.m. until he gets home at 11-11:30 p.m.
