We are looking for someone who: is CPR certified, will assist in potty training, can gently and effectively handle explosive tantrums, is an active outdoor enthusiast who doesnt mind exploring and going to the park/playground, can make basic balanced meals & snacks, loves to get on the floor and play with blocks and play-doh, involves my toddler in activities like cooking, doing chores, cleaning up, etc. Someone with prior child care experience and references, who is flexible with hours and a non-smoker.
