Part-time Nanny/babysitter For An Adorable 4 Month Old.

Looking for a caregiver to watch my 4month old son. Will be at my mother in laws home. Most of the time she will be home but does WFH so she can't watch him the whole time. He's a pretty easy going baby. He has started solid foods but still drinks formula. Has no allergies and no special needs. This time frame is not set in complete stone yet but as there is no availability for daycare - we are looking for someone to watch him while me and dad are at work. Our main interest and focus is developing skills and shaping him to be an amazing and gentle but strong boy. C. loves Scobie doo and playing with his hands or being in his swing. Sometimes he'll be okay with tummy time but it can be a struggle Just needs help with eating and changing his diaper We're looking for someone patient and gentle who loves babies! The home is in a development (condo) so the caregiver would need their own form of transportation. No pets in the house C will be watched in but we do have two cats at our home. So he will more than likely have traces of dander or pet hair.
