Hi My name is Kathleen and I am looking for a someone for my 1-year-old daughter. We would need care at least two days a week during the block of 10:30 a.m. to 5 PM, but our schedule can vary, so some flexibility would be important. In the near future, I will be switching jobs, which will lead to a more set schedule and more hours will be needed (4 days a week for 4-8 hours a day) Id love to know about your experience and what you are looking for to see if it would be a good fit.
