3-year-old is very high energy and needs to be watched so he doesn't climb the gate into the kitchen. 18-month-old is calmer and more independent but follows her brother around. 9-year-old son helps with both babies and is very responsible and well-behaved. We have two dogs that are also well-behaved with the kids and typically stay out of the way.
