Loving, reliable, and experienced caregiver to help care for our twin toddlers (age 2. 5). The ideal candidate brings calm energy, sense of wonder, and a deep respect for children's natural learning processes. Experience with toddlers is strongly preferred. Indoor and outdoor play, light meal prep, and gentle guidance. Provide warm, attentive, and safe care for twin toddlers during daytime hours. Engage the children in imaginative, and nature-based play. Maintain consistent, nurturing routines (snacks, naps, toileting). Support child-led exploration and conflict resolution with empathy. Help with light child-related tasks (tidying play areas, preparing simple meals/snacks). Creekside walks, chicken feeding, nature crafts, or storytelling as appropriate. Communicate regularly and clearly with parents about the day and the children's needs
