We're looking for someone who is patient, playful, and truly enjoys being with young children. Responsibilities: Provide attentive, nurturing care for twin toddlers Prepare simple meals/snacks and assist with feeding Facilitate age-appropriate activities (indoor and outdoor play, art, books, sensory play) Support nap/quiet time routines Handle hygiene with care Maintain a safe and tidy environment Communicate clearly and kindly with parents about the day Familiarity with Waldorf or Montessori principles Enjoys being outdoors in all seasons Creative with songs, stories, or crafts Calm and grounded presence
