We're expecting our baby this fall so we're not sure of our specific needs quite yet but we're planning to be flexible. We like to be involved so will have activities ready most of the time. My wife and I work full time and I have a few days where I work from home. This still leaves us pretty busy so our biggest areas we need help will be watching the baby while we're away and some light cleaning.
