Our daughter will be 3 months old in February, and we're looking for someone to care for her during the day as my husband and I are both going back to work. She will transition to daycare in April, so this is a short term arrangement. T is a healthy baby, but she has some issues with feeding due to laryngomalacia. She's bottle fed, and feedings can take a long time, but it should improve with time. We are hoping for someone to help regulate her naps and be patient with her as she gets the hang of eating.
