Our daughter is an easy-going kid. I would love someone who's active, crafty, and fun! We love sing-alongs and dance parties, someone that can tidy the tidal wave of toys that accumulates throughout the day, and someone kind and nurturing. Our hours usually fluctuate from 9-5ish or 10-6:30ish, depending on the day. During nap time, we don't mind if our caretaker does homework, reads, watches TV or is on their phone, but we want limited phone use/dependency when Z is awake and ready for fun!
