Nanny Needed For My Children In Cortland.

Hello, I'm looking for a mother's helper for about 4 hrs a day M-F. I offer room and board if there is a college student looking for housing. I'm looking for help for my youngest two children ages 13 and 9. My 13 yr old daughter who requires medication and my 9 yr old son who is autistic. He is verbal, fun loving, but needs help with staying on task and hygiene. If my schedule goes to days I will need help getting my kids to school with some light housekeeping and pet care. There is a possibility that my schedule will remain evenings in which case I'll need after school care. This has potential to be a live in situation with private room and on suite bathroom. I live in a huge home on 7 acres with chickens, beautiful view and also run a bed and breakfast. My two adult children also live at home. I work as a nurse full time. Thank you!
