Babysitter Needed For 2 Children In College Point Queens

We are seeking a responsible and punctual individual with strong communication skills to support my adventurous 7-year-old child, who is on the autism spectrum and an 8-year-old (neurotypical). The ideal the candidate will have experience working with children with autism and a solid understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) methods. Key Responsibilities: Provide safe supervision and support during after-school hours and weekends. Create a safe environment while promoting exploration and learning. Apply ABA techniques to encourage positive behavior and safety awareness. Be detail-oriented and proactive in managing activities and schedules. Qualifications: -Experience working with children on the spectrum. -Knowledge of ABA methods but not required. -Strong communication skills -Ability to think on their feet.
