Seeking A Recurring Babysitter For 1 Child (currently 12 Months Old)

We haven't left our son with anyone outside of the family, so ideally, we'd like to have someone come babysit a few times while we are in the home so everyone can get to know each other. I have been home with him full time since he was born, but will begin part time work in the fall (internship). I am unsure of my exact schedule when my work begins, but it will likely be 1-2 5 hour shifts during the week. We do have a dog in the home. Once we all get to know each other, we'd love to have someone who is available for the occasional evening outing. Our boy is spirited, curious, and goofy. We take safety very seriously. In a perfect world, routines would be maintained as much as possible, but truly, if we come home to a safe and happy boy each day, we will be thrilled.
