We have a 3 yr old and 1. 5 yr old twins. We currently have a nanny we love who is moving at the end of next month. We need reliable care 2-5 days/week (I work a rotating schedule and my husband works M-F, so we only need care the days we're both working). We currently pay our nanny a flat weekly rate regardless of how many days she's here and would like to continue that if it works for our new caregiver.
