Nanny Needed

We are looking for a part-time mother's helper: someone who is a reliable, a go-getter, has experience with infants and toddlers, can help me keep the house in order, and take care of one or both kids at varying times. Our schedule is extremely variable but also flexible. I am an attorney but currently am home with the kids, and my husband is a physician with a schedule that is constantly changing. I would like to find someone who can provide support for our family, allowing me to ease back into work and other activities while helping to keep our house together. I would love someone who is willing to do some light housekeeping/organizing, occasional grocery shopping and meal prep, and just help around the house as an extra set of hands where needed. We would love to find someone who would be able to work with us long-term.
