Reliable, Patient, And Confident Caregiver Needed Before School

Looking for a caregiver for our 7-year-old son before & after school. We have 2 others covering other shifts so as schedules change, hours can change. I try to give everyone what they want. Must have your own vehicle to drive him. He is autistic and non-speaking - has a happy, sweet, & funny personality. He likes to watch shows on his phone and snuggle with his blankets, swing on his sensory swing, go for rides in his bike trailer on our electric scooter, & swimming in summer. He communicates with his AAC device, gestures, leading, etc. Not potty trained yet. Routines are pretty laid back, prioritizing his regulation. Involves driving him to & from school and activities. Must be comfortable and confident with dogs - we have a 2-year-old newfiedoodle and a 1-year-old Pitbull mix.
