Part Time Nanny For 9-month Old Child

We are a young family of 3 looking for child care on Wednesdays. One parent would likely be working from home on these days. Our son is 9 months old and getting ready to crawl. The schedule is likely to evolve over time as our family grows and work schedules change, so this is a long term opportunity with the potential for additional days (and children) to be added in the future. We're looking for someone who has experience caring for infants and toddlers, excellent communication skills, and a welcoming personality. Flexibility with schedules beyond Wednesdays is a plus as work travel arises and other days may be needed. Our family includes a dog and a cat so we will need to confirm that our sitter is comfortable with pets.
