Long-term, Part-time Babysitter

We are in need of long-term, part-time babysitter for our 3. 5-year-old son and 1. 5-year-old daughter in our home in Cheektowaga. The hours would be Tuesday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. My son will need to be driven to and from a part-time program in Orchard Park on Wednesdays. Two car seats and a stroller will be provided. Beyond transportation, duties include entertaining the kids and light meal prep (lunch). I like to think we are a pretty laid back family and our main priority is finding a caretaker who enjoys children and playing with them! That being said, is it a paid position obviously, and we pay a competitive rate. Pay is negotiable! Important to note, my son is neurodivergent (maybe high-function autism or AHDH, awaiting diagnosis) but aside from a speech delay and some stimming he is like any other kid.
