Immediate Need 20 Hr. /week Tu/Thu Nanny (or) 40 Hr./wk Between 2 Families Starting In January!

A loose schedule to keep everyone engaged and moving through the day. We value quality time together and good food. 4 yo son, loves moving! Running, dancing, playing. 11-month-old daughter loves watching big brother, trying to walk and eating cheerios. We need help staying on schedule and task, and emotional intelligence practice. We are looking for someone who can be methodical in managing the needs of the kids. Someone who can be, thoughtful with our 4 yo who is caring and smart, but strong-willed and independent. Our 11 month cries for 1 of 3 reasons, and is overall a happy baby girl. Our home has parking, yes. We have a 6 yo Wheaten Terrier named Franklin. He loves to be around people, and yet has had his hair pulled enough times that he keeps his distance from the kids. He's been known to steal toys and unattended snacks!
