About the job
We are looking to hire a childcare provider to take care of our soon to be 9-month-old son. We are looking for someone who has previous experience with infants and is able to provide references. Responsibilities include: Following feeding a nap schedule Engaging with baby - singing, reading books, Socializing baby - going for walks, story time at library, engaging with other babies. We are looking for someone to help support our family so that when the evening time comes, we are set up for a smooth transition. This means that the priority is our son but the ideal person will use the down time during naps to help ensure the play area is tidy, fold and put away children's clothes, counters wiped in kitchen, etc. Food is our love language so occasional help with meal prep would also be part of the role.
