We are looking for an experienced and patient babysitter to care for our two sons. Our 7-year-old is autistic and has ADHD, he thrives with structure, patience, and an understanding caregiver. Our 4-year-old is energetic and enjoys active play. They love engaging activities but sometimes have conflicts, so we need someone who can navigate sibling dynamics with patience and positive reinforcement. Looking for someone who: Has experience with children on the autism spectrum and/or ADHD; Can create a structured but fun environment; patient and skilled at conflict resolution; can help with outings (museum, gym). Mom or Dad will assist.
