We have two young children who generally get along very well. The specific care we require is after-school. Ideally, the nanny would be picking them up from school, getting them home, giving them an afternoon snack, and then spending time with them doing homework and participating in other activities with them while the parents work. They enjoy general kid things: playing pretend, legos, arts and crafts, being read to, board games, etc.
