Caregiver Needed For 1 Young Female Adult On Autism Spectrum

Need a self-motivated caregiver who is patient, kind, and intelligent to motivate daughter to move on with her life, going out and doing things, when the weather is good, and developing skills and pursuing academic/social goals leading to independence. No cell phone use on the job except for the job. No junk food in the home or when with daughter who is on strict diet. No fragrances as she is highly allergic, including in shampoo. Some college a plus, German speaker a plus. Long-term position, part-time or preferably full time. Position is through a fiscal intermediary, on going trainings required. References necessary.
