Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Brooklyn.

We are first time parents with demanding jobs and our daughter H is 5 months old. She is a very sweet and happy baby but requires a lot of attention, responsiveness and support around sleeping (being held, bounced/patted/shushed) so we are looking for someone who is up for that. We are looking for someone who is affectionate, playful and patient with our daughter and will not let her cry. We will need care M-F, around 30 hours most weeks but there are a few weeks that we would need longer days (around 40-50 hours and these weeks we would need an earlier start time, around 7:30am).
