Part-time Nanny/babysitter Need For 2.5 Year Old Child In Brooklyn, NY

I'm looking for a great nanny/sitter for my 2. 5-year-old son. The job is part-time, approximately 25-30 hours, and most likely going to decrease to about 20 hours in April/May when we enroll our son in morning day-care. I primarily work from home, as does my husband, so we are around for anything important that comes and are relatively flexible. Looking for someone energetic, pleasant and patient to entertain and play with my son. He is a relatively chill and communicative child, but he's 2 so the days can be an emotional roller coaster- someone who has experience with toddlers would be ideal.
