The kids are 12 months and 5. 5 months. Mostly the job is just keeping them alive and fed/changed/napped at this point. Would love to have someone consistently watch the kids so that I can run some errands during the day without them and so that my husband and I can go out. We have a miniature schnauzer as well. He has a dog walker and if the nanny needs a break from the dog we can keep him in our room :)
