Baby needs to be changed, fed, put down to sleep between 6-7 p.m. Then watched from camera in living room: she shouldn't wake, but if she does wake up crying to monitor that she doesn't cry too long without self soothing back to sleep (crying more than 8-10 mins). We use the Ferber method- timed intervals to comfort her if needed/not pick up baby.
