RELIABLE, Kind, Afterschool Sitter Wanted!

We are hoping to find a long term after school sitter for our two kids (6 & 9). Responsibilities would include after school pick up, coordinating/planning play dates, homework help, accompanying kiddos to and from extra-curricular activities and more generally playing with, interacting and modeling how kind humans walk through the world. Minimum of 20ish hrs/week with the kicker of days when kids don't have school someone to step in and up with lots of advanced notice! We are thoughtful parents and a dream would be to find a sitter to become a part of our family and collaborate with us. We want to compensate you justly for the enormous task of helping to raise our kids. You must be exceptionally responsible, reliable, fun, engaging, silly, thoughtful, resourceful (all the things we want our kids to be!)
