I would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and homework help. I would prefer a babysitter who can whip up a quick meal for them, who does not smoke, who is CPR certified. Especially someone who can have fun yet firm when needed. Needs to be a good communicator as well and flexible when it comes to scheduling.
