Occasional Babysitter For 14-Month-Old

We are looking for a reliable and kind babysitter looking to build an ongoing relationship with our family. Our 14-month-old son is an active, curious little boy who loves meeting new people! We can pay $20-$30/hour, based on experience. We're primarily looking for support on weekends and evenings to help with bedtime and watch the monitor while he sleeps. Ideally, we find someone who lives in or near Williamsburg, who has experience with toddlers and is comfortable with dogs, as we have a 10-year-old mini golden doodle.
