Us: First-time parents (and 2 cats) looking for a full-time help with 9mo baby girl. We work from home, but baby is happily independent once she warms up to nanny. We follow baby-led weaning and sleep training, and baby is familiar and happy with both! Baby also loves to play with passive toys (so no screens) and loves books and reading. You: Reliable, communicative, easygoing. CPR-certified, familiar with sleep training and baby-led weaning. Comfortable with active playtime, reading to baby, and foregoing screens for a few hours each day (within reason). Able to move about, comfortable climbing stairs, walking baby safely around our home, and going on walks. IMPORTANT: In your note, please confirm you've read thru this!
